I asked about a refund and was told they couldn’t give me one. The employee immediately started complaining loudly to other customers that he doesn’t “get paid for this sh**” and F*** this.” I felt threatened and was not sure that my food wouldn’t be compromised so I left. It was a horrible experience compounded by the fact that there is no reliable way to communicate with customer service. There does not appear to be any working customer service number and I received an automated reply.
