Then we order mcdoubles get no mustard, no pickles, no onions, and one burger on it. It was disgusting. And to top it off, we get no sauces, even asked for the sauces we ordered and they said we got to pay. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Try the gap McDonald's they are the best.

Spent $17 for a meal I didn’t even get. Tried to talk to staff twice and they ignored me. Employees were in the back laughing instead of helping customers. Terrible service. Not coming back

Then it got ridiculous. I asked for a refund on the coffee I didn’t receive and was told they “can’t do refunds because it was a mobile order.” Wait… what? So you can take my money through the app, not give me the item, and then just… keep it? The employee walked away, handed me the rest of the order, and acted like that was the end of it. I had to ask again for a refund. Same answer: “can’t do it.” Only after getting a manager involved (who again confirmed the machine was broken — yes, we already established that) did they finally process the refund. This shouldn’t require escalation. Refunding an item you didn’t provide is not some exotic concept — it’s basic business. Between the broken equipment and the “not our problem” attitude, the whole experience felt like the system is designed to make it hard to fix even the simplest issue. Not a great look for McDonald's.
