  We went through the drive through at 7:45pm, we pulled up at the microphone and prepared to speak. We were greeted with “welcome to Dunkin how may I help you”, normal! We proceeded to order, “1 bacon egg and cheese croissant” We wait for her response before we spew more, a good 45 seconds goes past, “we close in 5 minutes..” was said back in an extremely rude tone. “Does that mean you stop serving food at 7:48pm?” Was our response because me and my passenger have both worked in fast food and know it takes a mere 5 minutes to get that order together. She responds “what do you want?” Rude toned as well, we continue our order. “Bacon egg and cheese croissant with a side of bacon, a large refresher and two donuts.” She responds very rudely “we are out of donuts” clearly making excuses to get us to leave along with the extremely rude tone. We did leave as I’m not trying to have a spit in drink, like said me and my passenger worked in fast food at multiple different places, this order takes MAX 5 minutes. Plenty of time before closing(8pm). Along with that, everywhere we have both worked a closing shift at, it was mandated we serve customers until buildings genuine closing time. You don’t leave at closing time, EVER. This is what she was trying and this was absolutely a lazy employee with terrible customer service and unbelievably rude.

  Went there last night with a friend and got a banana pudding latte it was good but the management is excellent. I suspected I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and the Manager Will answered the phone and sat with me as he resounded the footage to see. I didn’t know the exact time or spot I was parked and he was vey patient as we found the footage. I found the wallet else where but his positive attitude and eagerness to help was phenomenal. I almost never write reviews but after my conversation with him I felt so inclined to make sure he got noticed for his help, I had to write review. Hope you’re doing well Will!

  3/22/26 @ 8:10 am..Absolutely ridiculous that there is only 1 person working both the drive thru and in door seating . Currently 7 people inside including myself and 5 cars in drive thru waiting for service . What a shame that this single female worker is doing the work of possibly 4 or 5 ppl and she is doing a great job all by herself. We have been waiting for over 1/2 an hour and some ppl have walked out even though they ordered through the app ..the lone single female worker with orange hair and tattoos is doing an excellent job of keeping everyone's order going , staying calm , not complaining, apologizing for the delay , and running the store by herself. Management needs to give her a raise or show some type of appreciation and hire more responsible workers that don't call out last minute because they stayed out too late the night before and is too tired to come in and leave their co worker to handle multiple stations and customer by herself
