I’ve experienced it a few times and stopped coming due to their service. My mom went today and had the same experience. Will drive out of my way to go to another location. Never again.

You go through the drive thru and say . Hello, hi. ,I have a couple orders. They say ok first order. Etc. Does dunkin do that service too. Cause I had a horrible experience at this location. Almost made it late for work. The one crew member Bri. Was not at all customer friendly. I was made to go around 3 times and she had such an ugly demeanor. I asked for her manager. She said he was on vacation until next week. Now I am faithfully at dunkin before work, days off etc. I have never come across a more unprofessional server at this location. So again, does dunkin have that service? And if so is it this location that doesn't do it or was i made to go in circles. For shits and giggles.
