I’ve had a great experience with two servers at the drive through who are always very kind. Welcoming , and overall make my visits a lot better.. Brilena & Ali are amazing, friendly and make my experience at this location a great one.. thank you for being kind🫶🏽

Their system doesn’t have an add in for matcha so instead of just charging for a more expensive refresher or just doing it as oatmilk the manager just told her they can’t do that… refusing a sale when you have the product and manager authority bc of a button is crazy.

We told lead person who then told manger next day only for the manger to blame the customer saying maybe she grab it wrong this ain’t first time she had coffee this is the first issue she every had with coffee she’s not a child he then became very aggressive and self blaming on the phone getting in his feelings how about you tell ya staff to stop playing around and chatting so much stuff like this wouldn’t have happen a bunch of young adults in the store playing around. I decided to go lawyer route due to fact the manger was no help and very nasty . He’s sound Spanish. And his name is kinda weird cnt really remember even multiple pll said same thing !
