I ordered two Egg & Cheese on Croissant on the app, and picked it up in the drive-thru less than 10 minutes later. When I got home, the sandwiches were Egg & Cheese in a Wrap. The app clearly stated Croissant, and the sticker on the bag said Croissant. I didn’t go all the way back to get the order corrected — I just ate what I was given. It was such a disappointing breakfast though as Dunkin’ croissants are typically delicious. When I arrived, the place was not busy at all — I was the only car in the drive-thru at the time, which is rare for this location. If the reason I was given wraps was because they were out of croissants, then they should have asked at the time of pick-up if a wrap was a suitable substitution for me. I would have preferred a bagel, a biscuit, or an English muffin if any of those options were offered to me.
