  This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. I was charged for a donut I never ordered, and instead of correcting it, the “manager” argued with me and tried to tell me I ordered wrong. I didn’t — and I had multiple people with me who heard exactly what I said. When I asked for a manager, I was told SHE was the manager, which honestly explains the entire situation. No accountability, no professionalism, just attitude and defensiveness. She escalated the situation, raised her voice, and then threw money at me for a refund I never even asked for. That alone says everything about how customers are treated here. On top of that, my order was wrong from the start (missing items), and I was rushed and yelled at while simply trying to put my card away. Being shouted at and treated like an inconvenience for THEIR mistake is unacceptable. If this is how management behaves, it’s no surprise the service is this bad. I come here regularly, but after this, I won’t be back. Do better.

  Come here every morning! My hard earned dollars are obviously not good enough for these ignorant dunkin employees. They will give you the wrong thing and mess up your order and then proceed to get mad at you……..the manager there is worst than the employees. Whoever invested in this chain at the oaks location i wont be suprised if no one who cares about good product or service isn’t showing up anymore and it goes out of business or under new management. Its ridiculous. Yes they do refunds but only in the manner of throwing the money into your car and throwing at temper tantrum saying explicit things about a certain religion. I hope this place turns around until then im taking my business to starbucks and spending the few extra dollars.

  There is a language barrier between the workers and the customers. They dont understand what you want and they mess up your order.

  Good evening Google Family. I visited today for the first time to purchase a large decaf hot coffee black with caramel after seeing the movie, "They will Kill you"playing at the Oaks Center Cinema 22. I really enjoyed the movie. I saw this location when I was driving to the movie and decided to stop after the movie was over. It is a nice location, very clean and neat. I had good service today and I am mad at myself, because I forgot to ask for my senior discount. Have a good night, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years.

  It took 20min inside to get two only dozen donuts. No worker is attending the inside register, it’s diy tablet order. 15 cars were served at the drive thru while I waited.
