Overall very good experience. The pizza is made fresh here for every order. The pizza is nice and doughy in a good way.

**OWNER HAS 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND LIES I felt it is necessary to share that the owner is not only dismissive and rude when an issue is brought up, he blantly lied in his GPT created response to a review. The first and only call made by myself after picking up the food was to ask what I received when I ordered "tiramisu." I received a DRY CAKE with frosting. We all know tiramisu is made with ladyfingers dipped in espresso. The owner then argued that it is tiramisu and it "was not in front of him, so he couldnt say." I told him, this is not tiramisu, is there a different way I should have ordered? Apparently, they only have cake labeled as tiramisu, not actual tiramisu. I suggested that they change their signage and naming of the dessert and that it is false advertisement and labeling. I got a general okay sure repsonse. P.S, for $7 the "tiramisu" cake was still frozen, dry, and tasteless. He then tried to rush off the phone with me with no solution about the "tiramisu" Luckily, I stopped him soon enough to say that was supposed to be prosciutto was definitely bacon. He again, argued it was prosciutto and not bacon. To say he confirmed with the chef and tried to call me back, is a complete lie. I never received a call back from the restaurant offering a refund, yet he stated he attempted with no response. I will gladly share my phone statement showing only the only calls made to this establishment were made by myself, all outward calls. Disappointing to know that the owner would rather lie than take accountability. Won't see me here again!

We’ve been getting pizza here for years and have never had any complaints, which is why this experience was so disappointing. This time we decided to try something different and ordered a pizza, penne papalina, and a slice of tiramisu. When we got home and opened everything, we were immediately let down. The pizza was cold, the pasta had bacon instead of prosciutto, and the “tiramisu” wasn’t tiramisu at all—it was some sort of cake with tiramisu flavoring. We called to let them know about our concerns, hoping they would make it right. Instead, the person who answered dismissed everything we said. He insisted that the prosciutto was cooked and that’s why it looked like bacon, and claimed the tiramisu was simply a different shape. Anyone familiar with prosciutto knows it doesn’t look or taste like bacon, and tiramisu is a layered dessert—not cake. What disappointed us most wasn’t even the food—it was how the situation was handled. There was no effort to address our concerns or offer a solution. Instead, we were essentially told that we didn’t know what we were talking about. After years of being loyal customers, that’s a frustrating way to be treated. UPDATE: Thank you for your response, but I feel the need to clarify several points because the situation described here is not what occurred. First, the issue with the pasta was not simply that it “looked like bacon.” We specifically stated that the dish appeared to have bacon instead of prosciutto, and during the phone call we were told that we were mistaken and that it was simply cooked prosciutto. At no point during that conversation was there an acknowledgment that it was an error or an offer to correct it. Second, the tiramisu issue was never about the shape or whether it matched the photo on the menu. If we had received actual tiramisu, we would not have mentioned the presentation at all. The concern was that what we received was not tiramisu as we know it—it was a cake-like dessert with tiramisu flavoring. Reducing that concern to “it didn’t look like the picture” misrepresents what we actually communicated. We also did not call expecting a refund or demanding compensation. We called because we had been loyal customers for years and wanted to give you the opportunity to address our concerns. Instead, we felt dismissed and were told that our concerns were incorrect. That response was the biggest disappointment. The one-star review was not based on one minor mistake or a difference in presentation. It was based on the combination of receiving food that was not what we ordered and the way our concerns were handled when we reached out. We had many positive experiences here over the years, which is why this visit stood out so much. We would have preferred for this to have been handled differently.
