I am absolutely positively and negatively expecting a free item a free food and a free drink a free meal basically I’m also expecting like you know free everything for a year because that’s the least you could do be glad I’m not suing you. as you know well I am a baddie so do not argue with me because you will face the consequences of your actions. Something always come out wrong and when you ask them to fix it, they don’t, they do a “quick fix”. I ordered a coconut limeade and never asked for cold foam but they put it on anyway and when I asked them to fix it, the guy JUST DUMPED THE TOP OFF AND DIDNT FIX THE DRINK. He gave me a totally different drink than what was ordered. It’s one thing after another with this Dunkin!!!

I failed to check before I got home and had to drive back each time. At least throw in a free donut or something when you mess up. Not impressed with this location.
