STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!
If I could give this a zero star review, I would. Let's start with their service, or, rather, lack of service. I've visited this location four times now over the last year. My orders have been nothing earth shattering, usually just a donut or two or a dozen of hot glazed. Each experience at the store was greeted by rude and inconsiderate employees. You won't get a smile here, you won't get a "Hi, Can I help you?" or any of the friendly gestures a normal customer service establishment should give. Asking for a dozen of donuts is like asking the employee to donate a kidney - as if you are ruining their day. However, after my first experience, perhaps the employee was having a bad day, I returned three more times as I enjoy Krispy Kreme, but was greeted by the same attitude no matter who the employee was.
Next, don't even try to order donuts online to have them delivered to your house, because you will never get what you ordered. This store is a corporate store (Krispy Kreme locations can either be corporate owned and operated or franchise owned and operated). Having worked with the owner of an eastern PA franchise location, he explained to me that corporate stores often bake one batch of donuts a day and that's it - when they run out of donuts, they run out. I have experienced this several times when ordering online from this location as what I ordered and what I got were two different things on two occasions. Instead of a phone call to state "hey, we're out of xyz donut, would you like something else?" or refunding my money, they just substitute glazed in for the missing donuts and call it a day. Don't try calling them to complain, as either a) you'll be yelled at on the phone or b) hung up on - I know this from personal experience. That experience alone triggered a phone call from me to corporate, but in general this location doesn't want to hear about their mistakes.
Overall, this location is a poor excuse for a Krispy Kreme and reading the reviews on here back that statement up. It is in my opinion that the whole management team of this location from top to bottom needs to be fired. Frankly, if you want good donuts, go down the road to Yum Yum Donuts in Colmar. Yum Yum bakes their donuts several times a day and they're always fresh and you get your service with a smile. They earned my business, Krispy Kreme, your loss.
