  We placed an order for 2x pita wrap one falafel and other grilled chicken along with lamb bowl. When picked up they gave 3 pita wraps. Went into store to check they took one wrap and gave the bowl. Came home to see that both wraps are chicken. Called the store manager. She says it happens as we are busy. Asked if they can deliver and she says no, maybe come we can make the veg wrap. It is 45 min to go and come back. Asked for refund and they say can’t do it. Login to website and ask for refund. Horrible customer service and they wrap was not even good. I told I will put a bad review and she says go ahead. Stay away if you can.

  I've been to multiple Cava’s however this one was the most underwhelming and unsatisfactory. The young lady who took my order 7:13pm on May 13th was rude and unpleasant. When asked for an extra side of egg plant she didn’t give me a full amount even though they charged me the full amount. See photo. The young man who rung my order was super helpful, sweet and caring.

  Came here to pick up an online order. Gabe was very helpful. Fun! And just had a very enjoyable attitude about him 😁 thank you Gabe for the nice quick service. I really do appreciate it. A lot of us be struggling in these skreets lol

  Do not waste your time going to Cava North Wales location on a Friday night. They literally only had one person working both the line And running the register. The manager watched the entire time and did nothing to support his staff.. After waiting in a long line that didn’t move for 20 mins, we left and Went to chipotle. They had three people working the line with virtually no wait. This cava location cares more about online orders than walk in customers. Unless you have 30-40 mins to wait in line on a Friday night, avoid this location. Anywhere else is better I noticed the owner takes time to acknowledge 5 star reviews offers no response to negative reviews. T

  This is basically a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. The food was exactly what I was looking for to meet my dietary requirements. The tables and chairs are sticky, but what do you expect from fast food? Most people take out and I understand.
