  My family and I went to the Bonefish Grill for the first time a few days ago and it was excellent! The food, atmosphere, and the hostess and waitstaff were perfect! Meghan, our waitress, provided excellent service from the moment she introduced herself to us until the end of our meal. We were there to celebrate my parents’ birthday and anniversary, and the entire staff was kind to us and to our pleasant surprise, signed a card for them. They went above and beyond for us and we will definitely become repeat customers!

  Omg this was by far the best Bonefish I ever went too.. Frank the owner came and introduced himself to us which meant a lot… the waiter was amazing… I will definitely be back !! Thank you so much for such a great dinner! Also he talks to employees with respect!!! I love it!

  My boyfriend and I had a wonderful meal last night. We shared the special that was meant for 2 and we were stuffed. We also got the bang bang shrimp for an appetizer that was half price on Wednesdays. The food was delicious and service was good. The only downside was being sit next to a loud table but sometimes that can't be helped.

  We used to have quite decent meals in the past but last night was horrible. Our server, Kagan, was a total failure, besides the cook, who cooked our meals. I ordered Sea Bass, it came out with scattered black patches both sides. My friend ordered Butter Fish, it came out with burnt patches as well. We sent them back. When we wanted to order coffee, I asked if it would be in a cup or a mug. Kagan replied he wasn't sure but it would have a handle. I said both cup and mug would have a handle. He said no. He pointed to my margarita glass and said 'like that one, it doesn't have a handle'!! I was stunned. I said 'that is not a mug or cup, that's a glass!, don't you know the differences between a cup, a mug and a glass?' He murmured, 'that is rude'. I said, 'do you know you have a bad attitude? This is not the way to talk to a customer'. Obviously Kagan is not suitable for this job. We lost our appetite for a dessert. We asked for paper napkins and Kagan brought us brown bathroom napkins! The lady manager said that was what they were doing now, instead of the nice square blue napkins from the bar. Trying to cut costs? Also, take a look at how Kagan wrote the date (9/19) on the box, incredible handwriting! He should not have made a joke of himself!

  The food was good, but unfortunately, the service really affected our overall experience. Our server was not attentive at all. We ordered appetizers and dinner, and at one point our drinks were completely empty, but she never came by to offer us refills. We even tried to get her attention, but she seemed to ignore us. Eventually, another server noticed and kindly offered to get us more drinks. At the end of the meal, we ordered dessert and were enjoying our time talking. We hadn’t even looked at the check yet when our server came over and asked if we wanted a box for the dessert. We told her we weren’t finished. Shortly after that, she brought the payment machine over and then asked us AGAIN if we wanted a box for the dessert. At that point, it felt very obvious that she was rushing us to leave. What made it even more disappointing was that the restaurant was practically empty, so there was no reason to make us feel rushed. I ended up leaving my dessert, paying the bill, and leaving. The food was good, but the lack of attention and the way we were rushed at the end made the experience very disappointing.
