  Rude customer service the two girls morning time and they way how to handle my coffe they put all their hand on top from where i will sip.

  This Dunkin is really good when the guy named Lloyd is working. I forgot to substitute almond milk into my drink, and he made my drink again with no problem and did it with a smile on his face. I also heard his interactions with other customers and he truly prioritize customer service, because of him I will be coming back.

  First off, I’ll say this: the only thing consistent about this Dunkin' is how inconsistent it is. When they actually manage to hand you an order, it’s passable, but honestly, what is the actual point? The amount of absolute nonsense you have to go through just to get a basic coffee is not worth it. If you are thinking about stopping at this Dunkin’ inside Walmart, save your time and money. The management here is completely nonexistent, and corporate seriously needs to step in. Out of an 8-hour day, this place feels operational for maybe one hour max. The workers completely abuse their breaks. A "15-minute break" magically turns into 30 minutes, or they will just vanish into thin air for an hour and a half. One lady in particular will walk around with the inventory tablet for about an hour to look busy, and then basically shuts down operations for the rest of her shift to sit on her butt and chill. The staff is barely there, and when they are, they aren't working. It is a terrible look for Dunkin' and a terrible look for Walmart. Mobile orders are never on time. Your hot coffee is going to be cold, and your iced drinks will either be 90% ice or only halfway filled. They clearly don't check serving sizes, so the flavor is a total gamble every single time. If you place a mobile order for 10:15 AM, do not expect to see it until 11:30 AM. Why? Because the workers are too busy gossiping and hanging out with their friends, who literally just camp out inside the kiosk while the actual paying customer orders pile up. My husband and I shop at this Walmart every single day, and along with our friends, we actively avoid this place now. Subway next door never has this reputation and actually does their job. Avoid this location until corporate completely cleans house and hires people who actually want to work.

  Service was on point. Drinks were made fresh n tasted fresh. Heather was great.

  I placed my order at this location online at 6:58 PM. I've arrived 7:10 pm There was a sign posted stating that employees were taking a quick 10-minute break. However, I ended up waiting until 7:25 PM before the employee finally returned to start making my drinks. A "10-minute break" turned into a 27-minute wait just to be acknowledged. I understand the need for breaks, but keeping customers waiting for nearly half an hour past the posted time is completely unprofessional. Very disappointed in the service tonight.
