Called 2 times to check the status because the original email confirmation said 33 minutes to delivery. After 45 minutes i called. the guy there told me my order already left. Store is 7 minutes away, after another 15 minutes i called again to try to cancel it because it had been so long and i was just ready to go out to another place. Guy told me they cooked it and he cant cancel it, i told him it had been too long and he said hes not going to refund it and hung up on me. Plenty of other better options around here, dont let these rude people give you cheap mediocre pizza that also includes a $6 delivery fee plus a tip on top of that. I should have just went to angelonis on lake mohawk, that pizza is so good id eat it off the floor. Also, the delivery guy didnt even hand me my order, he opened up the pizza bag and stared at me until i removed it myself, what a terrible experience all around and horrible customer service both from the guy on the phone and the delivery driver.
