  This was a very, very rough experience, and unfortunately probably the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had at any of their restaurants. I came in at 11:45 AM and ordered a bowl. The chicken was clearly from the previous day, dry and tough. There were no fajita veggies available. I ordered a fountain drink, and when I went to dispense my drink, there was no ice in the machine, and the first three sodas I tried to dispense, only water came out. This site is in need of help.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this was a really bad experience. Ordered to go because I had my baby with me. I had never been to this location before (I usually go to the Oxford Valley location), but this one is slightly closer to my house and I figured I’d try. I ordered through the app for pick up. I walked in around 4 p.m. and there was one table of kids eating in and 3 workers. One of the workers was standing on my side of the counter doing her hair in her phone. There was an older guy in uniform behind the counter (not sure if he was the owner) who wasn’t doing anything. The workers were all talking. I noticed my order wasn’t on the to go shelf even though it said it was ready in the app. When I asked where it would be they all looked at each other and the girl doing her hair told me to “hold on”. She proceeded to do her hair for another minute then disappeared into the back for a while even though she noticed my order was bagged behind the counter. So I waited and I stared at the older guy behind the counter who did nothing but laugh and then tell me that the girl was his boss. Horrible customer service aside- if I got home and the food was good, I would have never posted this review and went on living my life. I ordered proteins/sides (chicken and steak) and when I tell you this was the most foul meat I’ve ever eaten, it’s not an exaggeration. Nothing was cooking while I was in the restaurant which is alarming because then that means the food isn’t fresh- it’s just been sitting around. When looking at the picture below- that’s abundantly clear. The funny thing is I saw the terrible review rating when I put the location in my navigation and thought “it’s a fast food place… how bad can it be?” The answer is REALLY BAD. No wonder the place was empty. I will only be going to the other locations nearby from now on even if they’re a little further away.

  Ordered delivery Quesidia with double rice and corn and both my rice and corn were missing this location is a joke

  I’ve never left anything other than a 5 star review. This place broke the streak. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to go for food. I will never return to this location. I went in today and it was insanely dirty, like hasn’t been cleaned in days dirty. It took over a half hour for me to get my food (with 6 people in front of me). I asked to get a large bag of chips (which were sitting right there) and they told me I’d need to order them online if I wanted them? Never in my life have I been told not to buy something from somewhere 😂 It was ridiculous and overall just a terrible experience. Management needs to get involved here or this particular Chipotle should be moved out of this shopping center.
