  Avoid This Location: A Masterclass in Disappointment Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (Zero if I could) If you are looking for a fast, warm, or remotely pleasant dining experience, keep driving. This location has managed to fail at the three fundamental pillars of the restaurant industry: speed, service, and serving food that isn't at refrigerator temperature. The Breakdown: • The "Service" (Or Lack Thereof): The staff here operates with the urgency of a sloth on vacation. No one wants to be there, and they make sure you know it. Expect to be ignored at the counter while employees wander around the back, seemingly baffled by the concept of assembling a burrito. • The Infinite Wait: "Fast casual" is a myth here. The line crawls at a glacial pace, and if you make the mistake of ordering ahead on the app to save time? Forget it. You’ll just end up standing by the pickup shelf for 20 minutes past your promise time, watching the chaos unfold. • The Ice-Cold Food: Assuming you actually survive the wait and receive your food, don't expect a hot meal. The rice is consistently cold, the meat is lukewarm at best, and the cheese doesn't even have a fighting chance of melting. It honestly feels like it's been sitting out on a counter since yesterday. Summary: Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Until management completely overhauls the staff and the food-safety holding temperatures, this place is an absolute skip. Go literally anywhere else.

  I came into the Chipotle in Newtown at 10:48am even though they open at 10:45am, none of the food was prepared. I waited about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When no one helped me, I politely asked if I could place an order and the employees just looked at me and ignored me. I ended up leaving and going to the Yardley location instead, which was much cleaner, fully prepared, and actually provided customer service. Very disappointing experience at the Newtown location.

  This location is an embarrassment for the brand. Chipotle is my go-to choice for fast food and I’ve been to many where I’ve been served good food by friendly and efficient employees. Not the case here! I’ve been to this location twice, once today and once a year ago. Both times the place was a mess (tables and kitchen), and both times the experience was lacking. The first time, the employees were unfriendly and many options were not available. At dinner time, 5-6 hours before closing, half the menu options were unavailable. These things, together with the gross serving station, stopped me from returning until today. Amazingly, the experience was even worse today! I saw no employees today, the serving station was empty and a mess, and there was a hand scrawled message explaining “online orders only” — ??? The employees were apparently getting orders together behind the scenes, except, judging by the 15 or so unsmiling customers silently staring towards the kitchen, this wasn’t going well at all. I left.

  YOU MADE ME SO SICK!!!!! This was the only thing I ate yesterday and I legitimately woke up in the middle of the night and vomited for over an hour and a half. I'm pretty sure it was the chicken that was undercooked and I'm pretty sure all the ingredients have been sitting out all day. Shame on you. Shame on this company. Shame on everyone. literally ruined my night and it was supposed to be a celebration night for me. Do not go here I would literally give it zero stars if I could! It's very surprising that they put this in Newtown, which is a very nice place which is why I even went to this chipotle but it's disgusting. Literally makes me wanna vomit and I can't even believe this place is still open close it down. My stomach is still cramping currently as I'm writing this you're done!!!!!

  This review goes out to the new chipotle manager ZACH!!! I have no shortage of great things to say about this man. For the longest time, the Newtown chipotle has been a painful experice of nothing but awful service. But I beleive this is all about to change with the intigration of this new manager. My fiance and I showed up right before closing and he welcomed us in the most energetic way that just brightened up our days so much. His relational skills made ordering and dining such a great experience. It made me excited to actually want to come to Newtown chipotle again. This man is a GEM and such a hard worker. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!! I can't wait to see how he turns this Newtown chipotle around for good! Rooting for you Zach!
