  Ian was amazing! This was my first time at Cava and he was very helpful and walked me through my entire order. The food was very fresh and delicious. Definitely coming back.

  This location needs a lot of work…We ordered two bowls. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes past our pickup time, which we genuinely didn’t mind. When we got the order, we were missing two dressings. A kind employee offered to get the missing dressings, but they still gave us the wrong ones. After getting home, we see that the greek salad with steak isn’t a greek salad but a brown rice bowl with chicken. It’s someone elses order completely. Customer support was great, which is why I bumped it to a 2. Overall the meal was very average and at $15 an entree, it’s really not worth it

  This has to be one of the worst run Cava locations I’ve ever visited. The one on Rte 1 is soo much better. I also work in NYC and all of those are great as well. The following is specific to literally just this location. Firstly, the service and management are awful. The blonde woman who seems to be a shift manager has absolutely no clue what’s going on. Literally oblivious to how many people are in line, stock of ingredients, etc. There will be 4+ people just doing nonsense like stocking shelves while a line builds at peak hours. Just total mismanagement. Secondly, portions are awful and wildly inconsistent. A pinch of chicken as a portion. I asked for extra broccoli and still got one scoop (this was today when I was served by the aforementioned shift manager.) The pita chips that go in the bowl are somehow not ever crispy or cooked correctly. Ive asked other locations how they prepare their chips and was told each location does it themselves. Whoever owns this location either doesn’t care at all or has no idea this is going on. Either way, don’t eat here. It’s one of the worst bowls I’ve ever had.
