  The food is decent and it’s fast casual you can’t really expect flawless. But this crew works their butts off! Everytime I am in there the place is packed and has ten pick up orders pending but they handle it was grace and team work and get it done.

  Great experience, staff is friendly and fun loving even during a busy rush. I came in once during my lunch hour and Caleb took my order. He greeted me with a smile and made my bowl perfectly! He mentioned that he made the teas that day so I decided to try the blueberry lavender tea. It was so refreshing! Not too sweet and very flavorful. Will be returning soon. My new lunch spot 😍

  Subpar food spent on a half meat pita. Wish I was joking this is what I got for $19 and change what a joke. Go elsewhere if you hungry. But if you wanna spend $20 on lettuce go to acme next door and buy yourself a pita kit for a quarter of price with more meat.

  Ordered a build your own bowl, it was filled about half way with a small amount of all the ingredients I added. My husband ordered the steak and feta bowl but they couldn’t find the card on how to make it so they scrambled around looking for it. Bowl looked nothing like pictured again filled about half way, wasn’t worth the $15 it cost. No one seemed to know what they were doing seemed like we were annoying them when asking questions about ingredients. Only thing that was decent was the pita chips but they definitely weren’t fresh. Won’t be returning I’ll stick to Pita Chip where we get exactly what we ordered.

  Normally this Cava is the best place to pick up or dine in. Today 2/28/26 at 2:10pm at wasn't that type of day at store 3741 W. Chester Pike, Suite 107, Newton Square PA. 19073. The store was busy which was understood is lunch. The young lady who waited on me was rushing but still assisted me with taking my order. After half of my bowl was completed I was told if I could wait a moment while she tended to another customer behind me. I was okay with the request I was still trying to figure out what I wanted. As I observed all the containers in front of the store were barely stocked up with fresh food items. I was about to turn around and go next store to Chipotle. But my order was half done and she was finished with the customer behind me. I understand it's busy, (repeating myself again). The young lady comes back to me i express the trays in front are barely available she looks at me and says okay. I start giving my remaining topping and she swipes the "thrown food" from the food that fell in between the trays back into the tray that I'm choosing and then scoops from the same tray into my bowl. Turns around and gets my remaining items from behind her where the take out section is located (that trays are fully filed) to complete my bowl. I'm standing there the other customer beside me she saying "wait" "huh", I turn green because she had no regards to whether or not this happened this is "cross contamination" because it's was between the trays where the food drops while other workers have innocently been filling up other customers bowls. She looks at me annoyed like I was being rude and I didn't think I was by asking about the trays being filed cause there isn't barely any food in them. I just wanted fresh items like I have always seen and requested in my bowl from pervious visits she doesn't complete my order i. e. did not ask if i wasn't sauce on my bowl, did not ask if I wanted any bread, or even ask if I wanted a drink. I told her partially what she just did was wrong but didn't finish because I didn't want it to be a nasty outcome. I had to even ask for a bag, mind you In ready to flip out get locked up for what. I just paid for my food and stepped away. I returned back to the counter because I wanted a drink with my meal. This very nice young man gave me my cup and when I asked how much he told me it's free. Nice but I was already upset this situation isn't about the money it's about team work ensuring that you are doing your job to the best ability as possible I already don't like eating out because of this type of issue people can do anything to your food. I didn't like her attitude her customer service was unprofessional she even asked the next customer if she was wrong and she told her yes. She got her meal free don't know the issue but she apologized to me and didn't work there. I had to sit down and collect myself before leaving. I'm a medical Coordinator for people with intellectual disabilities and mental health, i expect that type of behavior from my ladies and gentlemen i serve. If you don't like your job quit. I went over to Wholefoods and got my lunch gave my food from Cava to one of my clients. I'm not going back i think I'll stick to my own food for awhile thanks
