I was able to pick my order up at 8:50 and when I got home the order was nowhere near what I asked for and as I tried to call every single time, it would just ring and ring and ring and ring and keep going on never ending. So I decided to hang up and call back and from that point on kept getting redirected to Customer Care for the Chipotle app. Only to be told that all they can really do is offer me a free meal or give me back the money which obviously I went with my money back because I would never want food from that location ever. And I’m irritated that I wasted time going to this poor serviced location. Clearly, the peopleworking in there do not care about their job and it doesn’t surprise me seeing that it’s rated a 2.9. I will be sharing my order detail and what I received and I hope to God nobody waste their time or money going to this place cause clearly they don’t give a crap enough to answer the phone and they don’t care enough about making the order correct. 0 out of 0 highly do not recommend. If there was an option to give no star, trust me, I’d be doing that instead of giving one

While ordering, I had to repeat the same thing 3–4 times because it felt like they were not listening. The portion of chicken I received was also very small. When I asked for a little more, I was charged for extra chicken. The additional charge itself was not the main issue; the bigger problem was the unfriendly attitude and lack of customer service.
