  I had an excellent experience at CAVA thanks to Rikaya. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Rikaya did exactly that.

  The Ellis Preserve Cava is an exceptional restaurant offering fresh and superior quality foods! I was greeted warmly, my meal preferences were accommodated, and (most importantly!) the food was delicious! I will be coming back to the Ellis Preserve Cava because of the wonderful food and service.

  Delicious food, nice atmosphere and great customer service. Jay was kind, patient and helpful when I was deciding my food selection. He gave great recommendations. Sileeh was also patient, kind, and helpful with me at the register, I was having trouble with my phone. Thank you so much. I appreciate you. My visit was on 07/15/26. Thanks again! I highly recommend the food and location. I have also ate at other locations. The food is always great!

  For this place being so expensive, you would think they would put the protein that is included along with the vegetables that was on the order. Put my order in 10 min after open for lunch at work and if that was the reason for all the mess ups. Do not go there that shows they don't care for shit. My meal consisted of lettuce, sauce, undercooked rice hummus with avocado was the ONLY extra that was put in. Missing half my order in my bowl

  My meal was delicious. I love this location. I was taken care of by Narisa who went above and beyond. She had a great attitude and provided exceptional service from the time I arrived and until I departed. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and even suggested specific toppings and spreads that would pair well with my meal. Unfortunately the braised lamb is discontinued but she suggested the braised beef which was just as tasty. Thank you for providing me with great experience. Narisa is a perfect example of someone who should be looked at as the company standard.
