  Regardless of what anyone thinks, this location cares about its patrons. Our battery died in the parking lot and a very considerate employee took the time to give us a jump in the cold and the rain. We would not have been able to get home that late at night without him!

  To say that the food was poor would be charitable...and I'm not being dramatic. I'm not sure after a lifetime of eating at McDonald's that I've ever recieved basically inedible food. How is it possible to screw up a chicken sandwich and fries that badly. My wife and I both had to throw out our sandwiches. We were on the road and could not spare the time to go back. My drink was 'ok' but my fries were barely consumable - and I like fries so much I'd eat them off the floor if they were just halfway decent normal mcd fries. I hope this honest feedback is helpful for the management/ownership. One would think that it would be virtually impossible to screw up food this badly in a highly automated/engineered restaurant like mcd's....I never worked at one but it seems as though you'd have to try hard to produce that level of food. Maybe it was an anomaly but idk....it was bad enough for me to take the time to actually write something.

  Long car trip, just wanted some food. The order was a deluxe mcchicken, a spicy deluxe mcchicken, and a 5 dollar meal. All the chicken was cooked to hell, thin rubbery, inedible. The buns were stale. The soda was extremely watered down. They forgot a sandwich after the 20 minute wait, gave us the sandwich 5 min later, and somehow it was cold. All 3 of my family felt ill afterwards, my mother just puked a second ago. Extremely poor service, no sense of urgency, took almost half an hour for a simple order. Oh and fries were probably the worst I've ever gotten out of a McDonald's. Unbelievable.

  Don't go here lol the wait times are forever. They just can't handle the volume. The past two times I've tried stopping I have left without ordering because the drive thru is backed up, the lobby is packed, and they struggle to keep up with the amount of orders they're taking. They'd be better off removing the automated kiosks and any other ordering modalities besides the physical drive thru and lobby. Give the poor workers a chance to keep up with everything.
