  I brought daughter to get food after school, I went threw the drive threw and the woman that took my order seemed annoyed , I placed my order and had specific requests she did not want mayo on her chicken sandwich and I asked for cheese and no mayo, my daughter mentioned she did not see add cheese on the screen so when I went to pay i asked if she added cheese and she had an attitude telling me I did not ask for cheese and I nicely said I did indeed my daughter was with me and heard me clearly. Then she started saying with more of an attitude (well I guess I just didn't here you! I am the only one taking orders !) . I said i understand she handed me my card then I went to get my food . The young man didn't say anything nor even looked he just stuck the sodas out and just had his head turned. I never experienced such nastiness from that particular mcdonald's that I have been going on for 23 years!!!!

  This was my first time ever visiting America, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience at McDonald’s on 6040 York Rd in New Oxford, PA was unforgettable thanks to Alex. Coming from Iraq, everything felt new and a little overwhelming at first, but Alex made me feel welcome right away. He greeted me with a warm smile and was very patient while I figured out what to order. To be honest, the food itself tastes like 💩💩 compared to the food. I got back in Iraq, and it didn’t really meet my expectations. However, Alex completely changed the experience for me. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I was comfortable, which meant a lot to me in a new country. His kindness and respect stood out, and it helped turn what could have been a disappointing visit into a positive one. Alex worked quickly but never rushed me, and his friendly attitude made everything feel easier. Because of him, my first impression of American customer service was still excellent. Even though the food wasn’t great, Alex made the whole visit worth it, and I truly appreciate how welcoming he was.

  Saw McDonald’s worker Alex at the drive thru he made my food and made sure I was taken cared for. My grandma from Mexico visited and she doesn’t know English, yet he still helped her out it was amazing that he’s knew how to speak both English and Spanish fluently. What a kind soul!!!

  The food is good, but the recent remodel is pretty terrible imo. No “front end” to order. Theres no screen menus up front anymore, and no employees to take your order. You pretty much have to order and pay at the kiosk- which is fine for a younger person like myself, but I know many people are old fashioned and would like to order from a human being. Theres no longer a bar to get napkins, ketchup, etc. The vibe inside has just majorly turned me off, compared to the fun and friendly vibe of BK next door. Good food here but very poor atmosphere

  I truly don’t understand why the drive-through is so extraordinarily slow. What are these people doing where it could take 25 minutes to get through a drive-through from the time you get to the order board to the time you get your food? Even a mobile order that’s already done through the app ends up taking as long as a sit down restaurant? OK that’s a little exaggeration but still. I’ve got a family of six and I don’t plan on returning to this McDonald’s again. So that’s a lot of business they’re losing. I just tried to go through the drive-through the other night. Placed a mobile order, checked in at the order board, then we sat for about 15 minutes and were still 3 or so cars away from getting our food. We decided to just bail out and go somewhere else. It was literally taking like five minutes per car once they got to the window, which is obscene for fast food that was designed to basically get your order within how many minutes. This is mass produced stuff that in most cases is pre-cooked. It’s not like they’re peeling potatoes and skinning them. They’re not forming fresh burger patties out of a pack of ground beef. They’re not cooking raw chicken out of a package.
