  Excellent food and service. Staff is super polite and food is prepared with care. Never disappointed with the quality of food and service. I would highly recommend it.

  So the regional manager Michaela was the name on the receipt. She was incredibly rude to my mother, our friend, and me. While we were ordering my friend was about to pay after we finished ordering and Michaela was giving an attitude saying well that was a lot like we were talking too much and like she was acting like we were rushing her to get the order correct meanwhile we were all so calm and didn’t give that impression at all. That was just her issues being put on us. Also when my friend tapped the card on the Apple Pay thing she was flipping out like wait it takes a minute like we were rushing her. Again we didn’t know the Apple Pay thing wasn’t ready. Then after we ordered we left to wait in the car for a bit when we came back in I asked Michaela very nicely if you guys bring the food to us and she passive aggressive was like yes we do like we were bothering her and then when my mom asked if we get grated cheese and pepper for our food she yelled at my mom YES ITS WITH YOUR ORDER and my mom finally called her out on her attitude and asked to speak to the manager well somehow this woman Michaela is the manager and she said you are more than welcome to leave my establishment. We didn’t. She brought the food. It was great food. When we asked for extra sauce to go before we left the male worker apologized for her behavior gave us the sauce for free and gave us a 15 dollar credit for a future purchase at this Pizza Hut. Thank you to that man for being kind and I apologize you have to work under someone like that. I hope she finds peace in her life. 1pm Saturday at this location so if you’re going at that time beware of Michaela and hopefully that nice skinny man is there to help you. I hope Michaela gets fired if she keeps treating people that way and I hope that the nice man gets her job or whatever higher promotion he wants.

  This team has been through so much but they still come out kicking! The staff is always wonderful when I come in! Every one of the managers are amazing and they run a good team! Keep it up guys and I'll keep coming back for more!

  Very disappointing experience. The lady working at the front was extremely rude to my family. She gave us a bad look, interrupted us while we were trying to speak and place our order, and did not seem interested in listening to us. The plates and cups we were given were also not clean, which was very concerning. When the food arrived, it felt like it was almost thrown onto the table rather than being served properly. I believe the manager needs to speak with her about how she treats customers. Everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and courtesy. This employee’s attitude made our family feel very uncomfortable, and I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the situation.

  I am very disappointed that my first experience at Pizza Hut was one of the worst experiences I have had at a fast food chain restaurant. Not sure how your workers aren’t ashamed of the rude, disrespectful, and intolerable attitude they had towards customers. The week of September 6th, my family and I dinned in for food at Pizza Hut only to be talked back to with attitude and absolute rudeness. Not sure who the lady working at the front desk was, but before you hire your workers make sure to teach them some proper first class manners towards their customers. The lady at the counter gave us attitude for reading out the menu and saying, she quotes, “you are saying so many things I can not understand you, you need to slow down because your saying random things”, with disrespectful attitude. Our food was handed to us shortly and she forcefully put our plates and cups down loudly on the table. No explanation no nothing, not sure if you’re supposed to serve yourself at Pizza Hut because if so, service was not given there AT ALL. Not sure if any other people have had a good time, maybe because they got served with respect like a human being or just because they didn’t encounter what ever women was working there on September 6th of Sunday in the afternoon at 2pm. I DO NOT recommend others here for your sake of encountering the lady with red/ginger hair at the counter and ruining your dinning and stay. If I had gotten her name best believe I would’ve talked to the manger at that Pizza Hut. Teach your workers some self respect, kindness and honesty, otherwise you will get bad reviews that will lead to lower pay. If I could give you no stars, I would.
