  We had carry out last week and there was an issue. The store took responsibility and immediately resolved it. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman I spoke to to give him kudos, he provided great customer service.

  After placing my online order that took over 40 min and my app saying the pizza was done. Front desk guy said no it is still in the oven so I proceeded to wait another 10 min even checked with him another time and he said the same thing. For one why does the app say it’s done when it’s not. After waiting 10min I decided to check for myself and I then saw my pizza with my name on it that was ready and it was just sitting there getting cold. Additionally every pizza that was being put on the ready counter no one was calling out names which is probably why my pizza was just sitting there. Thanks for the cold pizza

  To say they care about their customers is the least. They even offered me a delivery bag for free , so the food gets warmly delivered to their customers. They truly care Truly a gEm place .folks. 🙏

  ★★★★★ Incredible Service & Delicious Food!I just had to leave a review for this store. Even though they were absolutely slammed and working at a breakneck pace, the level of service and food quality I received was simply top-notch!Walking in, the first thing I noticed was a brand-new crew holding down the fort. You can always tell when a team is new, but these folks handled the rush like seasoned veterans. The person running the cash register was one of the kindest, most welcoming individuals I’ve ever encountered in fast food. Despite the long ticket lines and the ringing phones, they greeted me with a massive smile, made sure my order was 100% accurate, and handled the chaos with total grace and professionalism.Now, onto the food—it was phenomenal. When a restaurant is that busy, you sometimes expect corners to be cut or the food to suffer, but my order was absolutely perfect. Everything was steaming hot, fresh, and cooked exactly to order. The crust was perfectly toasted, the cheese was melted to bubbly perfection, and they were incredibly generous with the toppings. Those signature dipping sauces just tied the whole meal together!It is so refreshing to see a hard-working team go above and beyond, putting their all into making sure the customers leave happy. The new staff are doing an outstanding job, and the kind energy at the front counter completely turned my day around. I will definitely be returning to this location very soon. Thank you to the whole crew for a wonderful dinner!
