The manager here is a knock off big dom from the eagles. Picture a man the size of a walk-in freezer, patrolling the registers like he's clearing a path for Jalen Hurts through a tunnel of fans, except the only thing he's escorting is a roll of paper towels to the nearest shelf (probably in the wrong aisle). He doesn't block the camera man from coach Sirianni, he blocks customers from getting through self check out and back to their cars. And apparently his goal is to hire a group of people who all could have starred in the sequel to One flew over the cuckoos nest. Everyone stares at you. No one knows where anything is. I asked an employee where the olive oil was and he looked at me like I'd asked him to defuse a bomb. Didn't point. Didn't blink. Just stood there and told me he likes cheese. I asked another employee where the tuna cans were and she said she did not know and proceeded to show me her new calf tattoo. This isn't a supermarket. It's a group home with a deli counter, led by a rude security detail.

They convert manned isles into self service aisles , and then give you a tiny little shelf to place your scanned groceries on with the whole top of the table wide open , but you're not allowed to put your stuff there. because the owners are too concerned with making more profit to take the time to make it easier for their customers who are already saving the people money by checking themselves out.

The daytime staff seem to be getting weirder and weirder. I go to self checkout to do just that, check out myself. I had a staff member grab my two receipts from the printer and only hand me one, I did not ask for help with that. I needed both as I did two transactions. Today I had a staff member walk behind me and stood very close to me while I was checking out. I asked if everything was all right and they said “yes, just waiting”. They had nothing in their hands. And kept watching me checkout. Please allow people to check out in peace.
