No hello, your total is, here's your change, have a nice day... NOTHING just looked at me. I ordered avocado toast with bacon, mini bagels & Dunkin zero in juicy peach with less ice. My drink had the regular amount of ice, the bagel minis weren't burnt, but had a burnt taste to them & the bacon on the avocado toast was burnt so bad it looked like black specks. I went into the store & asked for the manager. I showed her the avocado toast, asked for another one & told her about the bagel minis. She apologized & had them make me a new order. The ONLY reason I gave them 2 stars is because the manager was nice & made good on my order.

When you go inside they don’t address you and on one occasion there was a young man swearing about a drive thru order in front of customers. It is unprofessional and this location needs an entire different staff and management. Coffee is always burnt or tastes days old. I don’t like wasting my money on something I can’t drink. It’s such a shame.
