My sandwich was made incorrectly, but when I called to resolve it, the manager's attitude was completely unacceptable. When I mentioned my frequent patronage, she literally told me she "doesn't care" about the inconvenience or how much money I spend there. Instead of handling a simple order mistake professionally,she told me never to complain about the service because she "knows how good her GIRLS are," To top it off, she threatened to hang up on me. This manager has zero customer service skills and absolutely no respect for loyal customers.
