  Easily spend over $150 a week here, but after my experience with the manager, I may not return. My sandwich was made incorrectly, but when I called to resolve it, the manager's attitude was completely unacceptable. When I mentioned my frequent patronage, she literally told me she "doesn't care" about the inconvenience or how much money I spend there. Instead of handling a simple order mistake professionally,she told me never to complain about the service because she "knows how good her GIRLS are," To top it off, she threatened to hang up on me. This manager has zero customer service skills and absolutely no respect for loyal customers.

  Went in at 2:30pm. The place was a mess with dirt and crumbs all over the floor and tables. I had gotten sweet tea and it tasted like dish soap. The portions on the sandwich was minimal and disappointing. I had more cheese then meat on my pepe. I touched my table and it was sticky. The employee never washed his hands or changed his gloves. Never returning

  Perfect deli sandwich every time. Italian Night Club #9 with hot peppers is the best. Love your chips. Thank you!♥️🥪😋
