    Where to even start, I thought it was going to be a good, quick lunch and not real expensive and certainly what I wanted. Instead it was a bit pricey and they apparently were not able to understand a #1 no tomato no onion please, as you can see the burger came with tomato and onion. The window worker was indian and very hard to understand however he was very polite and bubbly. There is certainly a language barrier there because when I gave him the quarter and said, please keep the change he smiled and still gave me back the pennies...smh...I thought we were in a national penny shortage. Anyway, warning try not to replace milkshakes to drinks in orders because they add charges to them and also still don't know why we are paying taxes on food in PA when there is no tax on food in PA. And why does tax not equal 7% in PA? Is a fast food restaurant like a hotel now just not itemized? Anyway I was upset that I could not eat my $14 burger due to my food allergies, however I guess the fries and milkshake were ok...I won't be going there anytime again soon or ever. I could understand if they were swamped and busy but one car in front of me during a down time...smh

    INSANELY slow. I remember waiting 20+ minutes for food once and there was hardly anyone there. Now my dasher has been forced to wait for over half an hour for my meal. Very frustrating for fast food.

    They took there time but I figured it’s cuz it’s made fresh. Food is always hot.

    This place was really good when it first opened, but has gone downhill in recent months. Yesterday will be my last visit. I waited 20 minutes for one combo meal and the Big Buford Burger tasted like fish. I took a few bites and threw the rest of it away. My stomach has felt sick ever since.
