  Really disappointed I ordered two double Cheeseburgers got all the way home and found only a large French fry in the bag. Gas is high priced right now and mistakes like that shouldn’t happen for now got to go back from where we live to show our receipt and ask them to see if to them that is what is on the receipt. Granted I could have looked before I left but I had to get home and figured they which they should had the order correct. Maybe they should start asking before handing the food out what the order is so they don’t keep screwing up peoples order. I won’t be getting anything from this McDonald’s again. I will go to Hughesville for now on. This happened today 05/09/26 around 3:10 PM. I should of knew better since last time got an order and cheeseburgers were cold, cheese was not melted bc the burger was cold, my husbands burger was pink he threw it out to the birds to eat. We don’t go there often or get any fast food often but when and if we do ever we won’t be going there. The manager needs to look at all the bad reviews and step up to the plate and actually run the business better making sure employees are doing their job right or dock their pay. When I was younger and worked at a McDonalds it wasn’t hard to follow the screen having food ready in order.

  Seriously..I'm.at the hospital with my kid..my husband dropped this off for me to eat for dinner and it's raw..Seriously? Now I'm stuck with nothing, and a overpriced meal that I cant even eat... 😑

  I wouldn't have any idea about whether food was up to standard because after an 8 minute wait while the man in front of me held a long conversation, I finally pull up to order & no greeting, as in nothing for over a minute. I left because all indications were that my food would be cold. No one was inside.

  Waited 12 minutes during a rainstorm with no other patrons around for a soggy french fry and a melted oreo icecream thing. Staff that gave us the food was debating with the other guy about being sick while coughing on our food before going outside in the rain to give another order to a pickup customer. Really tacky and inconsiderate. Don't worry I dont go west of Wilkesbarre PA alot so this review will be it for me.
