Generally I'm satisfied with the service,but my last couple visits were terrible. The employees are usually very kind and polite. However the last few times my order is always missing something. Today it was six dollars worth, just forgotten. As a regular who spends $15-$20 and always gives them tip,I'm just really disappointed....

As of recently ive began noticing my normal location getting slower at the drive thru, I assume its due to an increase in use of ordering through the app and people going inside to pick it up. But as I said at the beginning they're consistent across locations, I went to a different location today and they also seemed slower than normal. So at least I know what im getting

She then began loudly complaining to the other worker that she "can't stand people". When she told me my order was ready I reminded her that we still needed our donuts and she yelled "well where are they? I thought I got them already!" at me, then found them behind the counter. This encounter made me wonder why someone that doesn't like people is working in customer service.
