  Last time my husband, son and I visited this McDonald’s, we were being pushed out. After ordering at the Kiosk at 8:30pm, a manager or supervisor called out to us saying that they were closing at 9:00. I said okay and we sat down. Then when she brought our food she reminded us that they were closing at 9:00 due to maintenance. My husband reminded her that it was 8:30. When she walked away my husband had to get her attention because she forgot one of our burgers. She apologized when she brought it over but we were already fed up. One thing I learned in my years of working food service is you never kick out a guest, it’s poor customer service. Anyway, I won’t be taking my family to that McDonald’s again anytime soon.

  Had a great experience, like always. The manager working the evening shift always takes care of us when we go. She also gave my puppy a pup cup! I can’t say enough good things about her. She is always the kindest when I go! Keeps me coming back for sure

  I don't know how hard it is to just look at what you are doing. I ordered a large sweet tea with light ice. The picture was taken 30 minutes after I arrived at my location so some ice I'm sure melted. So as you can clearly see it's not light ice and my sweet is not a sweet tea. What is the point of ordering if they just give you what ever they grab.

  Absolutely horrible don’t tell me u serve breakfast tile 10:30 if ur going to clean it up at 10:00! Change your hours wasted time/gas and money just to be told you done serving when it’s says 10:30 I placed my order on the app at 10:20 to be told I can’t get my meal done better!!
