  I’m a huge Chipotle fan and eat at various locations throughout the year. Unfortunately, this is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever continued to visit. Three times in a row, I’ve walked in and then left after seeing the poor food quality and the lack of cleanliness at the serving station. Despite those experiences, I decided to give this location another chance and placed a pickup order at 9:40 p.m. After waiting in line until 9:55 p.m., I was told they were completely out of rice. To make matters worse, there was no way to get a refund in-store—I was told I would have to go through the app. I don’t blame the young employees working there. The real issue appears to be poor management and a lack of oversight. It’s disappointing to see a business operate this way, especially in a community that deserves better.

  Worst chipotle I’ve ever eaten. Food looked like it has been sitting there for days + no chicken or salsa. This place needs shut down

  No cheese cause of temperature hardly any meat 14 bucks for a tortilla and rice and the rice is always hard

  I waited an extra 10 minutes for my order which was no big deal whatsoever and the kind lady at the window threw in chips and queso for my wait i’ve never had bad service here, and the people are always kind.

  I will preface this with, not all the employees in this store fall under this category, there are a few great faces in there that make the experience nice. However, it seems that this store is more of a hangout for the teens that are running it, whom only care about getting customers phone numbers and having inappropriate relationships with upper management instead of cleanliness and quality. Every time I've been while manager on duty, her name is Lily is on shift, she's either hiding in the office or doing everything but her job, she shows up to work in sweatpants and not put together while demanding other employees to follow code, also correct your staff when customers aren't present, it's unprofessional and degrading [this includes GM and their regional Jordan, playing favorites is concerning and unfair to the employees actually putting the work in I also find it odd every male manager has been fired or quit]. I've witnessed quite a few things that are questionable in this store. Not to mention the line where food is made is typically in horrible shape with ingredients mixed, sour cream dripping all over everything or lack of product entirely, food lacking flavor or ingredients entirely. If this gave the option for me to attach photos I would, your best bet is to go when the other shift leads are opening in the morning to get a better experience and a better quality meal.
