  I will preface this with, not all the employees in this store fall under this category, there are a few great faces in there that make the experience nice. However, it seems that this store is more of a hangout for the teens that are running it, whom only care about getting customers phone numbers and having inappropriate relationships with upper management instead of cleanliness and quality. Every time I've been while manager on duty, her name is Lily is on shift, she's either hiding in the office or doing everything but her job, she shows up to work in sweatpants and not put together while demanding other employees to follow code, also correct your staff when customers aren't present, it's unprofessional and degrading [this includes GM and their regional Jordan, playing favorites is concerning and unfair to the employees actually putting the work in I also find it odd every male manager has been fired or quit]. I've witnessed quite a few things that are questionable in this store. Not to mention the line where food is made is typically in horrible shape with ingredients mixed, sour cream dripping all over everything or lack of product entirely, food lacking flavor or ingredients entirely. If this gave the option for me to attach photos I would, your best bet is to go when the other shift leads are opening in the morning to get a better experience and a better quality meal.

  The worst chipotle place I’ve ever been to, I love to eat chipotle and I always ask for topping only guacamole and I ask for extra and here I asked the same and when I asked for extra guacamole the girl took the spoon and only put a pittance of extra guacamole she only took a pittance with the tip of the spoon and when I asked her if she put extra guacamole she said yes and that is disappointing as if I wasn’t going to pay her the extra guacamole 🙄 And besides, the meat food had no flavor at all

  They were out of brown rice and cheese. The other containers with beef, chicken etc. to pick from were bare minimum. When I went to pay, they told me she didn’t have any change to give me. Why not? Go to the bank and get change. Not everyone uses a credit card. I took my food and there were no clean tables. I usually eat at the chipotle in Greensburg. This one in Mount Pleasant really needs to get it together. Poor management.

  My mobile order was to be ready for 7:50PM tonight. However, when I arrived at that designated pick up time, the employee that answered the Chipotlane window said he would start working on my order at that point. Meanwhile, the parking lot was empty and when I passed the front of the restaurant to go back to the Chipotlane, the employees were just standing around doing nothing. There is no excuse for why no one started on my order before I arrived. This location was out of the cilantro lime sauce that I ordered on the side. They were out of kids chips. My chicken was like leather. And the worst part of all, there was a HAIR in my salsa. The employee that prepared my order had a lot of hair that was visible and not properly covered while handling food.
