- ZZZ ZJul 21, 20265.0This is one of my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh. I'm not surprised, because its parent restaurant, Atria, is also incredible. It's the only restaurant in the city where you can get pot roast of this quality! The wedding soup is some of the best I've ever had as well. Their menu is really unique and always features something interesting. My cousin and I went there earlier tonight and had a delicious meal. Our server, Ella, was very sweet and helpful and helped us navigate some substitutions like a pro. It was surprisingly quiet for a Tuesday night, but 1030's has such a lovely atmosphere. We hope we can visit again soon!

- EDEdison DesislavJul 7, 20263.0When I went here with my grandparents they were immediately mortified. Their PTSD has gotten worse and the moment we walked in they thought they were back in Dachau. They started yelling “RAUS” and “JUDEN”. I felt horrible for them. I had always known the war was not a pleasant experience because of how it ended but I had no idea it would be this bad. They had to be removed by some passerby’s after they started hitting people thinking they were prisoners. After that thought the food was ok, nothing special. The waiters were very kind thought, but the service was ruined by my opa and Oma being thrown out even thought they were veterans.
