- ACAaray ChristianApr 21, 20265.0very clean and polite staff. a little slow but very accommodating. I was worried I got almond milk instead of oat milk in my beverage and the barista was sure they made it with oat milk but remade both my drinks just to be sure! Very considerate.
- BFBrian FischerFeb 26, 20261.0The customer service after 4 PM is horrific. They have young people who are not trained properly. They charge wrong amounts, they date. They give a negative attitude when you try to fix their mistakes. If you don't specify little to no ice at the beginning of the order, they will tell you about it. They do not have as advertised. Many times on the menu board, horrible experience. Horrible customer service last week. I went at 6:13 PM I waited at the window for 13 minutes and left because the gentleman for the guest in front of me was also having a negative experience at the window. I believe that they think because they are the only Dunkin' in that area. They are not concerned about customer service product quality and meeting or exceeding expectation
