- AKAvonlea KeedyDec 26, 20241.0If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have never in my life experienced customer service this bad. We ordered over $100 worth of food for delivery. They forgot our dessert, so I tried calling the store 5+ times and kept getting hung up on. Whoever runs this place needs to step in and ask their employees why they refuse to do their job. I was tempted to drive there to confront them in person and either get my money back or receive my dessert. According to other reviews, this place is known for their lack of customer service, cold and badly made food, and lack of accountability. I am appalled by this. I will never order from here again and I strongly urge others not to as well. Places like this should not be allowed to operate.
