- CMCassandra MarieMay 14, 20261.0This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's horrible. Ordered a pizza, cheesy bread and a salad - said would be ready at 545. Arrived at the store and had to wait an additional 25-30 mins. The tracker on the app only kept updating by the minute. Ridiculous. Why have a tracker if it's not accurate? And why estimate a pickup time if you're just going to make us sit and wait forever? They said to park near the pickup window and they'd wave us over when it was done. They didn't. We saw on the app. Got to the window and the lady had a nasty attitude and said it just got done. She then forgot to give us the salad, my husband had to ask for it. When she handed it to him she dropped half of it on the ground. No apology for the wait, no offer for a drink while we wait, etc. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Waiting at window ten minutes behind someone, finally got fed up went inside they said it was done yet the app said ten mins prior it was ready and picked up already so assuming they marked it as picked up so theirs times look good at end of day. Food was not that impressive I’ve had better and didn’t even receive all my items I ordered.

That makes it so easy for me for two reasons. 1. I’m disabled and use a cane to walk which makes it hard for me to carry just about anything. 2. I usually have my service dog with me and I won’t leave him in the car by himself and if I did have to go in the building, I couldn’t carry my dog, walk with a cane and carry a box or two of pizza. I do recommend this location because of the drive up window. It just makes everything so easy. Plus they get those pizzas made quickly! Highly recommend.
