  Apparently you can’t pick up a mobile order and have a separate order at the same time anymore. Super inconvenient considering you are surrounded by businesses that carpool for lunch. Will NOT be eating here again. The girl at the window, *can’t provide the name because she doesn’t wear a name tag*, always has an attitude. Consider going somewhere else for lunch, Folks!

  I don't usually write reviews, but I had to after this experience. If you're picking up two online orders in the drive-thru, they make you either drive around twice or come inside, which is honestly ridiculous. I've never been to a fast food place that does that. I ended up going inside instead, where there were about 10 people waiting for their food and no one helping at the counter. The girl working the drive-thru was clearly overwhelmed and wasn't very nice. She kept saying she "can't do everything herself." The poor guy making the food was getting yelled at the entire time by the drive-thru employee while he was trying to keep up with orders. She kept walking over to the front just to tell everyone waiting, "I have to take the actual orders over in the drive-thru," and then she'd walk away again, leaving people standing there. Meanwhile, there was another employee sitting in the dining room eating lunch while all of this was going on and customers just kept piling up. It was honestly one of the most disorganized fast food restaurants I've ever been to. To top it all off, my Crunchwrap Supreme had less meat than I'd expect in a soft taco. There was barely any beef in it and I honestly questioned whether they forgot it altogether. I know working in fast food is stressful, and I don't blame the employees who were actually trying to keep everything moving. But this restaurant is being run terribly, and it definitely shows.

  We went into the store and the worker just stared at us and said nothing so we continued to walk to the kiosk to order our food with her still staring at us. Another worker then told us that they were closed inside so we went to the drive through. We got our food and they only gave us 1 napkin ripped in half and barely filled our nacho cheese for a large fry. It was yummy but they could be nicer.

  I do-not recommend this location. The staff are rude and the food quality was awful. Not hot and a total mess. Avoid this place like the Plague. Have a Blessed day....

  I want to hear for Uber eats delivery I sat in line for 15 min till I got you the speaker to order and tell them I have a Uber eats they told me I would have to go around and wait 10 minutes then come back through the line because they had real customers I couldn't believe what I was hearing so I got a little bit rude because they were rude already then the lady proceeded to tell me she wasn't going to make the food because I was rude even though they just told me that the customer that I'm serving isn't real because they ordered delivery I wonder how they would feel if I would go in and take $5 an hour from them for $10 an hour from them because I wanted to be mean no other reason and I was busy if you can avoid this place the Taco Bell in Elizabethtown the people are nicer
