  I placed an online order here and when I went to pick it up through the drive thru line I asked if I could also order a Baja blast. When I was the only person in the drive thru line, no one in front of me or behind me, the staff told me I couldn't do that and said I would need to pick up my online order and drive back around and place a second order if I wanted a drink. They acted like this was policy, im sure taco bell does not feel this way and will be contacting their corporate office about the way employees treat customers at this location. I decided to cancel my online order and took my business to McDonald's across the street.

  I was deciding in the drive thru and they not only rushed me but told me to pull around because "they have a timer." I was there for maybe 2 minutes because there was new stuff on the menu. Completely disrespectful and terrible. Give a damn moment, it isn't that serious. I work in food service and would NEVER rush people.
