- JOJonathan OrtizJun 19, 20261.0They forgot items twice now. By the time I got home after going back to get the forgotten items, my pizzas were cold. They did give me free pizza to try to make up for it but that was not to my satisfaction. At one point an employee said that my wife forgot the items. In which I asked, "are the items accessible on this side of the counter?" which of course he replied no. I wont be ordering from this location in the future. I did not order marinara. I ordered garlic sauce. Both times. Why would I want marinara after you forgot the garlic sauce? Both times your employees forgot them. Second time you blamed us for not remembering them. As if they are accessible for customers. The first comped pizza was cold due to me having to travel back to your store. The second comped pizza was undercooked. I had to do your job by making sure the items were given to me and cook the pizzas more when I got home. You shouldn't be in the customer service industry if you lack the training to do the job and the service. Im happy with ny final solution as I have received a refund from the support team of Domino's. Undercooked pizza photo added its the one the girl had to scrap off the pan when it came out the oven. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering from your store. Maybe it is my fault. I wont be back. They edited their reply. Wonder why they would do that. What a joke.
