The Social on Morton is definitely a spot worth checking out! I’ve known the owner, Ty, he’s exactly the kind of owner you want to see friendly, approachable, and genuinely down to earth.
Amanda, the manager, is just as cool. She’s attentive, makes you feel welcome, and can make one hell of an Old Fashioned! 😂🥃
The event space they offer is really impressive and has everything you need to put together a great event. Add in the delicious food, great service, and an all-around amazing atmosphere, and you’ve got a place that’s easy to recommend.
If you haven’t been to The Social on Morton yet, go check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

The Social on Morton is a Delco gem. The owners are genuinely friendly and make you feel like a regular from your first visit. The truffle cheesesteak alone is worth the trip — absolutely delicious. And Amanda behind the bar goes above and beyond every single time. Five stars, easy.
This was our first time visiting The Social on Morton. We stopped in for dinner but ended up ordering a few appetizers and drinks instead. It was a little chilly inside, and while our waitress was kind enough to close the vent near our table, it was still pretty cold throughout our meal.
We ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls, calamari, and the hot honey pepperoni flatbread. The egg rolls and calamari were both flavorful and really good. Unfortunately, the hot honey pepperoni flatbread was a disappointment, it reminded me of an Ellio's frozen pizza and didn't live up to what I was expecting.
The atmosphere felt homey, although it almost felt like we were sitting in someone's finished basement. Overall, I think there are a few small details that could really elevate the experience. The menu I was given was water-damaged, sticky, and the plastic sleeve could have used a good cleaning. Reprinting worn menus and wiping down the menu covers would make a much better first impression. I'd also love to see a more extensive food menu with additional entrée options.
Overall, we enjoyed some of the food and appreciated our friendly waitress, but with a few small improvements, I think The Social could create an even better dining experience.
Unfortunately, I don't think I would give this place another chance but glad I got to try it!

Ordered take out. When I came in to pick up the food I was greeted by the owner himself, Ty. He had his sleeves rolled up, working the bar himself. A pleasant person, full of energy.
The food was amazing too.
The salmon cheesesteak was extra cheesy with soft bread and moist salmon.
The fries were delicious. Slightly crispy on the outside. Pillowy on the inside. And the corn ribs were charred perfectly with a drizzle of the perfect amount of hot sauce.
