  I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ since it opened, and I always place mobile orders to save time. Unfortunately, even when there is no line or only one car ahead of me, my order—which is usually just one drink and one sandwich—is almost never ready when I arrive. I haven’t felt the need to make a post about it before because my orders were always correct. However, my experience this morning was the last straw. I received an iced coffee that tasted absolutely burnt and stale. I took two sips before throwing it away because it left such an awful taste in my mouth. It’s frustrating to spend almost $7 on a drink that is practically undrinkable, especially when I didn’t have time to go back and have it remade. I understand that places get busy, but the point of placing a mobile order is to save time, and that hasn’t been my experience here. At this point, I’d rather take the extra few minutes to drive down the road to Starbucks, where I consistently receive better service and have never had an issue with my drinks. It’s disappointing because I’ve been coming here since the location opened, but I can no longer justify spending my money here when the service and quality have been so inconsistent.

  I always go to this dunkin location because it’s closer to my house but I will never go here again. Cashier drank my latte in front of me because she “loves pumpkin lattes” then made me sit another 5 minutes so they could make a new one. And if a customer doesn’t ask for a pup cup don’t try to give them a pup cup. My dog can’t have the munchkin that they put on the pup cups.

  Drive thru pickup and the order went perfecting tasted amazing.

  Staff is very slow to answer the drive-thru speaker, no 'good morning' or friendly service. Once I got to the window, the young woman attending the cashier had a huge hickey on her neck and did not have good customer service. Not very professional for a brand new Dunkin. Food and coffee was great, no complain there.

  Poor service, ignored by two employees. After taking our order they then made drinks for pickup orders ahead of us. Us, the only people in the store actually waiting.
