  Poor service, ignored by two employees. After taking our order they then made drinks for pickup orders ahead of us. Us, the only people in the store actually waiting.

  I have been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt with recently opening but now I just feel robbed. MULTIPLE times I have mobile ordered well in advance and get to the window and am give a thrown togther drink that isn’t even close to what I ordered. What is the point of mobile ordering when my drink is never made ahead of time anyway? I also am being given my orders by workers who clearly are not clocked in and are violating numerous codes with having tons of jewelry on, their bags and then handing me my drink and then they walked out of the store. Today I ordered a dunkalatte with cold foam and two flavors and was handed this. I just got off of an incredibly long shift at work and just wanted a drink.

  This location still needs to work out the kinks. We were on vacation, and this was the only Dunkin nearby, so we ended up coming here more than once. The refreshers we ordered were good, but I had an issue with the latte. On my first visit, my latte was made incorrectly. I didn't end up getting it fixed and just left. Then, on a different day, I ordered the exact same latte again, and it was made wrong a second time. The order screen was correct, but the drink I received wasn't what I ordered. I understand mistakes happen, but getting the same drink wrong on two separate visits was frustrating. Hopefully this location improves its accuracy because that was disappointing.

  Best dunkin I’ve had in a while, everything tasted good nothing was burnt or mushy. Employees super pleasant and my order was ready as soon as I pulled up!
