My husband got a double burger and it was in his words low quality meat, greasy, and hands down the worst burger he ever had from a 5 guys and 1 of the top 5 worst burgers he's ever tasted. The French fries are soggy and so salty their unedible. He said he could've went to Burger King down the street and it would've tasted better and wasted less money. So disappointed.

The same thing happened at the Wilkes-Barre location. I've left a message for the Montage location's manager yesterday so we will see if they reach out to me.

(They were completely incompetent and we left because we were so angry) The staff here made us feel incredibly welcome even at the late hour, and delivered quality food with great taste consistent with many prior visits to the franchise. The staff was super pleasant the entire time; Anytime I’m back in this area it will be a go to for me for sure.
