  I will admit, approaching the idea of a birthday party at Dave and Busters, I was expecting something overly complicated and expensive. Looking at the website reservation system I initially felt confused and overwhelmed because of the finite details they wanted you to decide on to draw up an event contract, like your exact number of guests, along with package upgrades I didn't understand. Thankfully, Dave and Busters offers you real help. I mean an actual lovely human being named Lorraine became my agent party manager. She gave me her REAL phone number and email, answered every question I had, and explained everything on the contract beautifully. I never felt pressured into signing up for any upgrades either. Lorraine was a huge part of our good experience! At our birthday party on 7/26/26 we were welcomed by the hostess, our head waitress, and the manager, who spent time to explain our contract and game cards once more. He asked us questions about what we might need and suggested a time frame. The staff was great! Since it was a Sunday before noon, we had the advantage of having a quiet game floor and an especially nice location for our group in the dining room. We had a buffet style food table and banquette style booths against the wall. I had been worried that we would be cramped for space because of being in the main dining area, but was pleasantly surprised to find we had a fair amount of privacy with the arrangement of our tables. The food was good, my family particularly enjoyed the smash burgers. The food was served in warming trays. We had watermelon slices, fries, and soft drinks that were complimentary included with our menu selections. I felt like there was plenty of food for a light lunch and video games. We paid a five dollar upgrade to allow the kids in our group to play all day with their video cards. Most people stayed for about three hours. We had our space officially for two hours. My son had a great time and I appreciate that it was a low-stress birthday party!!

  We had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s, and Alanna made it even better! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. She had a positive attitude, checked in on us at the right times, and provided excellent customer service. She definitely helped make our night enjoyable. Thank you, Alanna we appreciate you and will definitely be back!!!

  Stopped in for a meal and had a great experience! The food was delicious, everything came out great, and the atmosphere was really nice. Our server, Alanna, was awesome! She was super friendly, checked on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

  My family & I decided to stop in on National wing day for the first time and it was an awesome experience! We had Sarah as our server, definitely will be asking for her in the future. She recommended the new Cherry Bomb wings for the special and they were DELICIOUS! She answered all of our questions, explained how the games/cards worked, and was very kind & attentive to us! Needless to say, we will be back!

  My husband and I stopped in for dinner this past week, and I just had to leave a review because the service was wonderful. Our server, Aayushi, was such a sweet young lady. The food was delicious, came out nice and hot, and the whole experience was very enjoyable.
