I had an amazing experience with Shalyn at Dave & Buster’s! She provided top-tier service from beginning to end. I ordered the Blackened Chicken Alfredo, which is one of my absolute favorites on the menu, and it was just another reason to enjoy my visit! Shalyn was attentive, professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the entire experience. Her energy and customer service were outstanding, and she made the whole experience feel extra special. It’s always a pleasure being served by someone who genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Shalyn went above and beyond my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone visiting Dave & Buster’s. She deserves all the recognition for the excellent service she provides. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

We had the best experience tonight thanks to Sara! Dave & Buster's can get really loud and overwhelming, but Sara handled our table with total grace. She was super attentive and checked in on us at just the right times, and had a genuinely warm, positive attitude the whole night. Even with the large crowd, we never waited long for anything. Ask for Sara if you visit!

Server was amazing. Patient, friendly and attentive. We came in with a large group and I know that can be an issue. She was doing double duty as she was making our drinks and dropping our food. She explained to us all about the eat and play and deal with food. I wish I knew her name because I would give her a shoutout but who ever was working this Monday afternoon is a rockstar. Such a great experience. Food was good as well. No complaints only compliments.

I recently had a birthday party for my 2 kids and our host Eve was the best ever. She was very accommodating and kind. It allowed me to be present with the guest. I would recommend this location if anyone is looking for a low maintenance party. The manager Kai was great as well. I hope I didn’t spell her name wrong, but she was very sweet and resolved issues swiftly.

Party of 5, did the eat and play combo with unlimited game play option. It was $55 per person for the games and then $5 for the food, seemed like a great deal. What wasn't disclosed at time was that only about half the games work with the unlimited gameplay option. Be cautious too because when it's time to pay they figure the game play cost into the gratuity, for us the game play was $275, so they wanted an additional tip of $55! While the tip should be more because there was an inexpensive food special, certainly not an extra $55 for cheeseburgers! Then we explained to our server that we were going play games and asked if we could leave our leftovers at the table, she said sure they were slow and did not need the table, came back to the table and found all our stuff was cleared and thrown away! The manager apologized and said she would actually make new food for us to take home and it would take just 10 minutes. I was very impressed with that, except that it took almost an hour, and they were still VERY slow. We were trying to leave at 9:30pm, by the time we were able to get out of there it was almost 11pm! Terrible Experience!
