I came At 15 minutes and my food still wasn’t ready. I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes, wasting my entire lunch break and now having to waste my food because my food wasn’t done when they said it would be. probably won’t be going back because my food is always undercooked as well. This sucks because I love Five Guys.

Our experiences with the Five Guys in Pittsburgh have been phenomenal and the food was amazing, but this meal fell flat and was very underwhelming, especially for $51 for two people. Cons: - The bacon on our burgers and in my milkshake was chewy, my wife ended up taking the bacon off of her burger. - The fries were soggy, even the required test fry in the parking lot had no crunch. - My burger was a bit overly wet with the lettuce and tomato not tasting very fresh. Pros: - My wife's blackberry, vanilla and Oreo milkshake was absolutely fantastic, the highlight of her meal. - The service was great, the two people I spoke with were very nice. - My Cajun fries did have a good taste, despite being soggy and floppy. We aren't likely to come back to this location, though I understand that this was only our first experience.
