This was my 10th visit, and it was the first time I saw this particular person working behind the counter. Unfortunately, his attitude was very rude and unprofessional. He scolded my kids, which was completely unacceptable, and he also spoke rudely to me when I asked about using a gift card as my payment method. His response was that he could not read it. I understand that issues can happen with gift cards or systems, but the way he handled the situation was disrespectful and not helpful. I hope the management provides better training on customer service and how to speak respectfully with families and customers. I also hope this particular person learns to stay calm and be more helpful to others in the future.
