- STSherry Thompson2 days ago2.0This is the only chipotle close by and it sucks things have gotten run down and un-sanitary. I’ve seen workers eating the food as they are cooking. The guac and other food is sitting out long and not being rotated for freshness. The guac is brown too. They are always out of meat and other toppings as well and it’s only gotten worse. I wish someone would turn this place around.

Meanwhile it’s 1:30 pm. Extremely slow service with no sense of urgency whatsoever. Guacamole was literally brown from being old and the rice was not cooked. There were several people waiting over 30 minutes for a to go order of steak. A true mess. If you’re wanting Chipotle, best to pick a different location.

It was xenophobic/racist, the man was making an effort to speak English.

Still wild to stick your hands into the bowl to scoop out rice because you "gave too much". Never has food after 6 which is crazy as thats peak monroeville dinner rush. I dont think ive ever seen any less than 30+ food safety violations any time I visit. Honestly yall should call up guinness for the world record as this is beyond even popeyes for the grosest place that serves food.
