  Staff are very friendly the guy on the cash register was being treated very badly by the customer before me and he was still very nice to him. They accidentally gave my sub away to him, probably because of the frustration he was faced with. He was very apologetic and offered me a drink while I waited. My food was really good very hot and tasty. Will return in the future.

  Horrible, pizza was absolutely disgusting, slid right off the crust and the grease soaked up the entire box and paper towels. Very unprofessional. The employees are constantly outside vaping , smoking , handling trash and coming right back into food preparation without gloves or any sanitation. Had to literally toss our families pizza into the garbage.

  I just ordered from the monaca one today 6-4-2026 and I got a small pizza barely had any or no sauce on it and it came not so warm and got garlic knots that was burnt and hard to eat into it. Called them up the guy said they put a little extra sauce on it then the way it comes he said it was hot when it left that place and he said that the pizza and the garlic knots is made the the guide lines one how to make there food. He wouldn't listen to what I had to say bc he had to go by the guide lines on the pizza and garlic knots he was rude wouldn't listen to what I had to say. I won't be ordering from that place ever again or give them any more money.if I could show you the picture of it I would but there isn't a bottom on here to do it if I could gave them a zero star I would if they had it on there instead of a one star.
