  Absolutely worst experience I’ve had here. Never once had an issue at this location.. but today I was blown away about how rude she was! Told me my drink was in the bag. It wasn’t. I went back through and she rolled her eyes at me. Gave me the wrong drink and shut the window and walked away. I couldn’t even believe it. How are you going to get mad at a customer because you forgot the drink and then give me the wrong one on purpose .The whole thing was crazy. I was nice, left a tip and was treated like garbage. The chicken was burnt. The rice was hard. I will not go back if she’s working. 10/13/2026 @4:30.

  This place is always dirty. The portion sizes are very small and if you ask for a little bit more, you get a smart ass comment or a dirty look. It happened to the customer in front of me and myself…def not Chipotle customer service… and let’s not mention how they don’t use the spoons and touch all the food and touch the burritos and chipotle is supposed to be good for people that are gluten-free

  I've been going to this location since it opened and the food has always been pretty good, but lately the conditions of the restaurant have been getting WAY worse. The employees are always very nice, besides this one girl that I've seen a few times. I'm not sure if she's the manager or not (I've seen her helping other employees with problems on the register so she may be but I'm not entirely sure). She's an African American woman who's a little bigger (not saying this to be offensive, just want to give a clear description of her). She has been consistently rude to me every time I see her. She constantly gets my order wrong and when I try to kindly correct her she is extremely rude about it. She also is EXTREMELY slow. Just the other night I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for a burrito and small chip because she was distracted fixing the register. I would understand if she didn't see me, but she knew I was there because she looked at me and she still didn't take the two seconds it would've taken to give me my food (it was already made and sitting on the shelf, I could see it sitting there). Also, the food quality seems to be getting pretty bad. My chicken is almost always burnt and the guac is brown. Just today I opened my guac and fruit flies came out of the container. I'm very disappointed that this location has gone downhill so quickly, as it's the only one near me. I'm a regular customer at this location (to the point where the employees know me by name), but I most likely will stop eating here if the quality does not improve soon.

  Terrible customer service, everything in my bowl had no flavor whatsoever. Will not be coming back for a while if not ever again. Very bad.

  Absolutely terrible experience at this location. Rhajae was the host, and her attitude was poor from the moment we walked in. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but acknowledging customers when they walk through the door is basic customer service. When she grabbed the containers for our bowls, she literally threw them onto the line. I then asked about the new Adobo chicken and was told they were out, despite the chef actively cutting and preparing it right in front of us. Instead of simply explaining the situation, she completely disregarded it. After finishing my bowl, I saw the new Chili Lime Chips and asked for a bag. Again, I was told they were out, this time in a flat and unnecessarily stubborn tone. The entire interaction felt like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Poor attitude, poor customer service, and an overall unpleasant experience. I would absolutely not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.
