Pizzas being not fully cut is a consistent issue at this location, and after years of just shrugging it off for the convenience, it just isn't worth it anymore.

I then watched as they made my pizza and set it on the rack while not a single one of the six employees acknowledged my existence for over 15 minutes. I could not get their attention as most had earbuds in and they were constantly yelling at each other. I know 15 minutes may not sound like a long time, but it feels like an eternity while you’re watching your overpriced pizza get cold behind the counter while you’ve already had to wait an extra 10 minutes after the site said it was ready. I’ve had similarly poor experiences here before and don’t know why I decided to go back, it was certainly a mistake. If you can just order from the one in Lewisburg. It’s way better and I haven’t had to deal with the same wait times there.
