And the last time there the cup was so full of ice, the ice was pressing against the lid. The drinks aren't cheap, I understand that. But at least give us the drink. Not all ice and not ¼ of whipped cream.
- ARAlli R.Aug 31, 20261.0I went through drive through at the Mifflinburg, PA location and ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 with extra cheese and 1 add bacon. Paid. The manager, Patrick, came to window and stated my card didn't go through. I tried to tell him I saw that it said approved and he argued. For the sake of the line behind me, and any further embarrassment of being accused of having a card that declined, I swiped again, even adding a tip, again. Left the drive through and checked my bank and had two charges. Apparently he made me pay for the person in front of me who they didn't get payment from. When I called to have it corrected he said I could come back for a refund. I insisted he refund the incorrect charge to my card because I was headed to work and couldn't turn around. He declined. His only excuse for not investigating the mix up was he had just gotten there. I don't know how that makes scamming a customer okay... 😕 To top it off the sandwiches were incorrect and they charged me for hashbrowns on my actual order that I did not order. No reason to return or trust Dunkin.

However, twice now, within the last 2 months I've ordered extra things and was charged for these extra things(which is fine), but I was charged for something I did not get on my food. First time, it was $6.00 I paid for extra queso and bacon on my 2 orders of hash browns and did not get extra anything on either order. This time, it was for sauce on my wake up wrap $0.25 and no sauce. Had I not already been home, I would have gone back in. I guess I will have to double check my orders when ordering from here. Just need to have your team double check their tickets before sending orders out as well.
- CKCathy KratzerAug 20, 20265.0When my daughter and I went there the drive thru was busy as we were standing there ordering our drinks on the kiosk the staffed didn't stress they were a team and worked great then this guy came out the one door Iam assuming a higher up and jumped right in and helped I seen a great leader he kept telling his team good job you guys are doing great he also kept apologizing I told him he was fine i always go to Mifflinburg Dunkin very friendly clean and always get my drinks right 10/10
