  Overall, we shop at Giant, but shop at multiple locations. This is not the best but good. Almost entirely self-checkout. Frequently , the items are not stocked. Staff are friendly and generally helpful.

  This store is pretty good considering it's outdated location and smaller size. I have a couple dings on it. One, the points offer redemption is often inaccurate. I have to check my receipt after checking out almost every time. I've even seen points tags pulled off for items clearly eligible. There's a breakdown there somewhere. That being said the CS desk is always good and friendly about fixing issues. Two, I've seen out of date packaged meat products on the shelves. Reported to the store manager (not the meat/frozen manager who should be promoted because you can actually tell he cares when you have a question) who didn't immediately address it and just walked elsewhere and honestly may not have cared. I'm talking 6 days expired. That's a no-brainer there.

  four stars for the store that is clean, well stocked, and usually open when I need it and has what I want. one star for their horrible app that barely works on a regular basis. a million stars for the entire sat AM staff at Middletown PA store... every single person from checkout to bakery to online shoppers to managers are super over the top friendly and helpful. they are always saying hello, doing me favors, and just being nice!
