- AMAdam MesewiczApr 13, 20261.0I ordered online 15 minutes before I got to the restaurant. Arrived at my pickup time, and my order was not made yet. Instead of making it right away, I waited 10 minutes for two walk in customers to get served before my order was made. Staff was unapologetic and joking around while I waited. Will not be coming back to this location.
- GRGideon RorieApr 11, 20261.0I can't believe how dirty this location is pots are always dirty old food stains on them .... today just now I went in hoping to catch a clean staff . there was rice on the counter and the young lady took her spoon and pushed the rice back in to the pan right in front of me just nasty then looked at me an said "you don't want nothing " He'll!! Naw nasty !! They need to fix this problem they are nasty in there somebody gonna get sick

Barely any rice, beans or protein. Won’t be back to this location specifically but seems like chipotle as a whole has taken a dump. Advice to management: re-align focus on customer loyalty.
