  Smallest bowl I’ve ever gotten from a chipotle. Half scoops of everything like it was coming out of the workers pocket.

  Worst experience we have today ever. Disrespected us and while we having dine in there they came us and told we have to leave now in a very rude way because they have to clean it up and all the eye rolling gestures each other by staff. Also they gave very less quantity and we never had this bad experience or this less quantity from other chipotle .we were suprised by this incident .we asked why this less quantity they neglected us. We never visit this Chipotle ever again and thanks for giving us an ever bad experience.

  I like chipotle but I online ordered a quesadilla (which you can only do online) and it took them 2 hours!!! They offered no refund nothing and were missing half my items. They also yelled at me and other customers so I haven’t returned since even though I had a receipt email app confirmation everything

  This chipotle is absolutely terrible. Firstly, my little brother ordered a kids quesadilla with chicken. They made a cheese quesadilla with a side of chicken, which would have been fine, except they charged me for a cheese quesadilla PLUS a seperate side of chicken. Originally, a chicken quesadilla would have been 5$, but this meal was 9$!!! In addition to this, the only reason I noticed this difference was because I heard the workers snickering to each other that my brother was “stupid” (their exact word) for ordering a cheese quesadilla plus a side of chicken when they were the ones who did that!!! Finally, the rice in my bowl was extremely undercooked and crunchy, the chicken was extremely charred and tasted like propane (I love chipotle’s usual charred chicken but this was undoubedly burnt), and they put the lid on wrong so my sour cream leaked absolutely everywhere, ruining my car seats. This chipotle was absolutely terrible and I reccomend that nobody goes there. Bad food, terrible service, and the worst chipotle I have ever been to! Do better!

  Folks, the only way to be heard is to continue to leave the deserved low reviews, the employees don't care, are impolite, don't understand etiquette, weren't trained or it's something else. Food industry is challenging, I acknowledge. But we mustn't normalize or accept the attitudes, lack of basic, normal human interaction. The portions keep getting smaller, attention to normal sanitary considerations lacking, shutting the line down early, making up "rules" as they go as it suits their mood or lack of desire to provide at least neutral/acceptable service, and to be charged the same if not higher prices... = we need to stand together. Stop going here and continue to leave the deserved low reviews. Run them out of business, so we can get a decent, normal, place to eat here. If the owner cares enough, they'd be there to monitor and support their staff. They don't, so why should we?
