- MQMichael Quinn4 days ago1.0Oh how I love being rung up by someone who does not speak at all or even look at me. Could at least say the total cost out loud when you’re done. Even sighed and looked in the operate direction and tossed the receipt on top of my bag. I’d never tolerate that kind of BS if I was running the place. Times have certainly changed. Last time I’ll go there.

The older man behind the deli counter gave us a half a pound of mozzarella. Once we corrected him and asked for the right one. He gave me an attitude, and just changed the label on the cheese, without changing the cheese, claiming the label was the only thing that was wrong. When we got home, we tried it and it was Mozzarella. He gave us the wrong cheese and charged us for the Horseradish Cheddar, which cost more. He also charged us incorrectly for our turkey. I wouldn't have been as upset if he didn't give me an attitude and gaslit me. Never again!

She was very huffy about it. I felt like she expected me to be stealing. We are both seniors and I am a veteran. I was wearing my Dessert Storm ball cap. I’ll never step foot in Acme Markets again. .
